Member - $124.50 (GST included)

Note: there is a 10% discount on all TUHANZ courses for organisations who are members of the Forum

Fees for cancellation of registration

$11.50 up to 8 days before workshop
$62.25 within 7 days notice of workshop (Members)
$69.25 within 7 days notice of workshop (Non Members)

The number of participants for this workshop is limited to 25 and early registration is advised.
The Forum reserves the right to accept or decline any applications received and to allocate replacements for cancelled registrations from this workshop waiting list. If there is not sufficient interest the workshop will be cancelled.

The Forum will not hold places for workshops. To be considered for a place in this workshop, the Forum must receive your completed registration, information form by the closing date. Confirmed places for workshops are not transferable between individuals or organizations. Please contact the Forum if you have any queries. Morning and afternoon teas, and a light lunch will be provided. (Please advise us of any special dietary needs.)

Priority will be given to MoH funded public health providers, Health Promotion Forum members and people working in health promotion.
